Your Journey to Healing
Welcome - I'm so glad you're here. Taking the step to explore counselling can be daunting, but is also a powerful act of self-care. My aim is to provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and begin to make sense of your thoughts and feelings.

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, low mood, grief, relationship challenges, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, I will work alongside you and support you to gain clarity, build resilience and move towards positive change at a pace that feels right for you.
Dedicated to You

I have been working in the field of mental health for over 25 years, and during that time I've had the privilege of supporting people through many different stages of life. My experience has shown me that no two journeys are the same, and I feel honoured to walk alongside clients as they navigate their own challenges and discover new strengths.
As a Holistic Integrative Counsellor, I draw on a range of therapeutic techniques and adapt them to suit you as an individual. My aim is to create a warm, compassionate environment where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and feelings, working at your own pace.
My previous roles have included working at Butterflies Therapy, Wellbeing & Training Centre CIC as the Director of Mental Health Services, working as an affiliate counsellor and mental health practitioner with both adults and children. I have worked alongside, AAAC Counselling Service, counselling survivors of child sexual abuse and trauma. I have also worked within the Hastings Therapy Collective.
Drawing on this experience, I currently work with individuals of all ages within my practice, providing trauma-informed support and accepting both self-referrals and referrals from the NHS and wider mental health services.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: with the right support, every person has the ability to heal, grow, and move forward towards a more positive and fulfilling future.

Rooftops Therapy and Wellbeing Rooms
As well as running my own counselling practice, I am the Founder, Director, Clinical Lead and Designated Safeguarding Lead at Rooftops Therapy and Wellbeing Rooms.
Rooftops was created from a passion for making therapy accessible and creating a calm, welcoming space where both clients and practitioners feel supported. I feel incredibly proud to have built a community that brings compassionate professionals offering a wide range of talking therapies, bodywork and holistic wellbeing modalities, ensuring individuals can access the support that feels right for them.
Alongside supporting my own clients, I oversee the clinical and safeguarding standards across Rooftops, helping to ensure everyone who walks through our doors feels safe, valued and cared for. Rooftops is more than a therapy centre, it's a place where people can find connection, support and a space to simply exhale.

Services
My heart is to provide affordable counselling, rooted in the belief that therapy should be accessible to everyone - never exclusive. I currently offer up to six free sessions for individuals seeking support, helping to make therapy more accessible at the point that it's needed the most.
I offer both online & face to face sessions, so you can choose what feels most comfortable for you. My in-person sessions take place in the heart of Battle, East Sussex. Whichever option you choose you'll find a safe, confidential, and supportive space where you can talk openly and feel truly heard.
